8. P roject management

The management model of the current company, within a highly competitive framework, chooses to implement project work in its operating mode. This type of management implies that aspects such as systematisation, planning, control, defining where we are and where we want to get to become part of a compass that guides the company's path. Every project is, above all, the human team that sustains it; the cohesion and contribution to the common objective of each of its members are basic elements for successfully achieving the goals set. The companies that succeed are not those that have the most economic resources and infrastructure, but those that have known how to value the richness of their human capital. The evolution of the market has undergone a major upheaval over the last 30 years. Being competitive today means not only producing a lot and cheaply, but above all, producing well. In order to produce quality, the main focus must be on people and the organisation of work. Today, the organisation is asked to be flexible and agile.
