Divergent needs
To motivate a person towards a job, it is necessary that the task he or she performs satisfies his or her needs. But what are these needs? Needs are ordered from primary needs to self-fulfilment needs.
What is valued in a job?
The Euro Bank has questioned prospective employees about what they valued most in a job. Here are some of the answers:
