A working atmosphere in which trust, communication and collaboration among members is a must to strengthen interpersonal relationships and create a true team spirit. 1. The team must assert itself: organise joint projects, meetings, training days. 2. Encourage peer help and support, stimulate the sharing of experiences and knowledge. 3. Give new members responsibilities, even for simple activities. 4. Provide all necessary information. 5. Do not exclude anyone from the team: trainees, short-time staff, staff with unrecognised roles, temporary staff. Their role is important. 6. Take time to celebrate achievements with all staff.
