MANUAL TEAMWORK, LEADERSHIP AND NEGOTIATION

TEAMWORK, LEADERSHIP AND NEGOTIATION

has made an effort. Do not assume that a job well done is a duty and that is what it is paid for.

Don't just praise with a simple well done, make explicit how that person's work has contributed to the success of the project.

I think it's great how you've approached the subject, I know you've worked hard, but it was worth it.

Knowing how to inspire

Enthusiasm is the basis of team motivation. Try to convey that the work is important for its own sake, beyond the possible external rewards that can be obtained.

It is important to have a positive attitude even when obstacles arise. The transmission of illusion itself creates illusion in others.

Encourage each member to participate, to make them see that their role is necessary for the rest of the team.

Conveying trust and fair treatment

Convey an image of an honest, fair and responsible person. Be sincere and consistent. It is important that the psychological contract that is created between the worker and the company is fair. When a person thinks that he/she is being treated unfairly, differently from what was expected, disappointment appears, which is a source of demotivation. The worst problem is when people believe that they are treated differently from others because they deserve it; in this case, their self-esteem is undermined and they fall into mediocrity.

Team members must have the confidence that their leader will support them
