Role and creation

Role development is a process of continuous creation. People evolve. This is particularly evident in the field of social relations. We adapt our actions according to the reactions we provoke in others. This means that the assumption of the role can undergo significant changes.

When I started as project manager, I took on an authoritarian role. I thought that this would command respect and order in the team and that this would optimise the organisation of the work.

Over time I have learned that individuals perform better when they feel responsible and involved in decisions. I am now much more democratic in my outlook.

This individual has evolved in his role.
