Innovation needs committed employees. Also, sometimes we ask ourselves where in the business cycle to innovate. At product launch, innovation is focused on the product, so we launch it. When the product reaches maturity, innovation will come from the "management mode", especially the distribution/delivery model, service and after- sales service.
