Finally, as far as the economic and financial study is concerned, the starting point is the study of the investment required to start up VenGo® operations, calculated as the difference between income and expenditure for the first year, i.e. 450,000 euros.

The five shareholders will contribute a share capital of 56,000 euros each at the time of incorporation.
